|| Studio Musician / Composer / Arranger ||

One of my specialites is being able to hear what a song needs to be served properly. I have studied extensively in all genres and am well trained in Jazz and Classical piano. I have recorded for over 10 bands in the Denver and I can play real damn well to a metronome, let me tell you. I have also been the in house pianist at multiple studios in Denver, including Evergroove and Alpine Peaks.

I spent most of my free time composing for all kinds of bands, projects, video games, youtube promos, movies…you name it, I’ve written for it. Over the years, I have written anything for anyone, including charts for Jazz Big Band, Choirs, Chamber Choirs, Orchestras and Weddings, all the way to full video game soundtracks, with sound effects and the works.

A handful of my works have even been purchased over the years, some of which I have cowritten with amazing artists, all for sale!

Basically, anything you need, I’ve got you covered. I’ve been told I’m a beast of a songwriting consultant, so lets get you where you need to go.

|| Educator / Private Lessons & Classes ||

I teach each student their own personalized curriculum. I have had a great amount of success with my method, I call Speaking the Language of Music, which emphasizes learning music as you would learn any other language like Spanish. Did you read or speak English first? So why did they teach you to read before speaking? Why do people teach this backwards?

I am currently writing a [audio]book to make this learning music more accessible, based on the idea of “Speaking the Language of Music.” My rates are competitive, but are negotiable, especially if you plan on being a long time student. Let’s make something work for you and your creative journey.

I teach music through many platforms, Zoom / Google Hangout included. I have a handful of students across the states, but am located in Denver. I primarily teach using the piano, but also utilize Ableton, Vocal, Synths, Guitar, Bass, Drums, Saxes and Brass. Specific lessons for those instruments are available too.

Wil has shared the stage with some incredible musicians along the way. His circle is vast, so whatever sound you need, he can bring it. Wil prides himself in being able to play any genre. Going a step further, he can corral musicians for a band if you need something for your wedding or event.

He has access to a number of bands ready to go at the drop of a hat, which you can see on the projects page. From Jam bands, to classic Blues to Classical and Jazz trios, with everything in between and out to the extremes.

Have a private event? Wil can bring the atmosphere you want, either solo or with a group. His most requested service is solo piano for high end events.

|| Music Producer (& Engineer) ||

Wil loves to record albums for artists and bands, helping the project come alive. He has high quality recording capabilities and has done work with a number of prominent artists over the years. Wil functions as a creative consultant too, helping with social growth, brand imaging and writing, if needed.

The full package service is farm to table, where Wil can help you write, record the instruments, produce and engineer the entire album, song, jingle or placement you want.
